STAFF GIFTS: Please consider thanking our CTR staff and showing our appreciation with a year-end Christmas bonus. Please write “staff gifts” on the memo line of your check when making contributions. Contributions should be received no later than December 24.
CTR’S GIVING TREE’S recipient is Mend Medical Clinic & Pregnancy Resource Center. Pick a star from the tree, purchase the item, and put it under the tree by January 1. Please do not wrap the gift. Mend helps moms from the time they are expecting until their child turns three years old. Items both new and used are appreciated. Monetary donations can be placed in the gift box by the tree or make out your check to CTR with Mend on the memo line. ALTAR FLOWERS: Flowers are needed for 2018. There are only a couple signed up for January. The signup sheet is located at the south entrance. Flowers are $35.00 each.
PATSY WARFIELD will be celebrating her 90th birthday on December 26. Please shower her with best wishes by placing a birthday card in the basket at the display in the narthex.
CTR-U CRAFT CLASS for January 17: The frame will be a laser wood frame that can be painted and then decorated with your choice of burlap ribbon. Class is limited to 12 participants. Cost is $12.00. Sign up today!
CONGREGATIONAL REPORTS for the January 21 meeting packet are due no later than December 29. Email them to Connie.Phillips@ctrtulsa.org.
OUTREACH FOOD DRIVE for South Tulsa Community House will be December 31. Bring your canned food/household products to the narthex for collection.
JUNIOR ROUSTABOUTS: We are excited to announce that on January 7th we will be kicking off a new program for all ages! Junior Roustabouts is a service group for children from preschool to high school and their parents. This workday will include lunch and a service project led by our very own Roustabouts. Sign up near the library!
Mark your calendars for Camp Out Winter VBS on February 2-4th! Does your child look forward to VBS each year? Come February, does your family start to have Cabin Fever? Then join us for Camp Out Winter VBS on February 2-4th. Children three years old to fifth grade will learn s’more about Jesus, while their parents can attend fellowship and Bible Study hosted by John and Erin Busch from Camp Lutherhoma!

HIGH SCHOOL CHRISTMAS LOCK-IN (9th-12th grade): December 20th-21st @ Immanuel in Broken Arrow. Cost is $0 to attend. Bring a snack, white elephant gift and items for the service project (announced later) as well as comfy clothes, a blanket, and pillow. We will enjoy Bible Study, Christmas games, walk to the Rhema lights and more!
JR HIGH RETREAT (6th-8th grade): The Jr High Retreat is only CTR youth and friends. This annual event brings together our 6th-8th grade students and friends for a weekend of Bible study, fellowship and team building. Jr High Retreat @ Camp Lutherhoma in Tahlequah January 26-28, 2018. Cost is $70 per jr high student or friend & $35 per high school student leader You can sign up by returning a check for the registration amount (see above) & the form. You will not complete a medical form until after January 1st.
JOURNEY IN JANUARY (9th-12th grade) ; High School retreat at Camp Lutherhoma Journey is a high school Christian retreat (Jan. 12-14) that is planned, orchestrated, and run by High School Youth from around the state. Your linens, bedding and towels will be provided. If space is still available after December 10th, you may register up until December 24th for $140. Cost includes transportation, meals and housing for the weekend as well as all programming and a t-shirt. You can sign up by returning a check for the registration amount (see above) & the form. You will not complete a medical form until after January 1st.
